We are excited to once again bring fresh Green Chile from the Hatch NM Region, directly to the Middle Tennessee area at the Wilson County / TN State Fairgrounds in Lebanon, TN. This year's peak Green Chile harvest season will be in September and we will be roasting them fresh within days of being picked. We are also expanding this year to add Friday evening so that we will have even more to time for "turning and burning." In addition to roasting Chile in person, we will also have live music, even more local vendors and artisans, and we will inviting extra food crafters that will be grilling and serving many of your favorite dishes featuring fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile.
